Hi, I’m 177cm (5.8 feet) but 82kg (181 pounds).

I want to loose weight quickly before the summer.

I’ve started playing football (soccer) 3/4 days a week and this gives me great exercise. So exercise isn’t a problem anymore.

How can I change my diet to loose weight before the summer, without giving up alcohol?
