Okay, so I just began my summer holiday, I am 5’3 and weigh around 151 pounds.I keep imaging going back to school all slimmed out and looking gorgeous, the problem is that I’m not sure exactly how to do that…
I joined an aerobics class, 6 weeks 3 times a week, I figured this was the first step, also I will cut back on junk, do i have to ditch carbohydrates or is that not necessary?
After the first 6 weeks of summer there’s a whole month of just fasting, hopefully this is useful…
One more thing, I live in a hot country, if I exercise in hot weather will that increase weight loss?
By the way I’m only 14, so I can’t really cook my own food. So if dinner is fried meat I can’t change that, what other options do I have?

I have 27 days until my school lets off for Summer break, but I’ve decided to give myself 30 to lose 20 pounds.
I am in the worst shape I’ve been in my life, and I’m still a teenager. I feel like my arms jiggle to much, my butt is to big, my theighs have to much fat on them.
Those are the three things I really want to target–my thighs, butt, and arms. Hell, even just my butt and theighs is fine with me.
I want them smaller, and firmer, and more toned and I have 30 days to do that. I suck at dieting, because I just end up not eating, but I’m willing to do hardcore workouts. I can’t afford to buy anything, so what can I do in order to achieve my goal? I need a bikini ready body, because I’m hitting the beach with a few friends in May and one of them has done sports all her life, fits into a size 3, and has no jiggle anywhere.
Another one is 9 months pregnant, but before she got pregnant she was a double 0. Her legs still fit in to size 1 pants, and I know within a month of having her son she’ll be tiny again.
I used to fit into a 5, which is pushing it for me, but now i’m a TEN! I’ve been really sick and that made me put on some weight. I shot up from 120 to 140 in 3 months. I need to lose it all, fast! What can I do?
