I’m almost 15 years old, 5 foot 8 and 1/2 and am about 20 pounds over my ideal weight. I think i exercise plenty (please tell me if i’m wrong). I have basketball practice every day for 1 1/2 hours Monday through Friday, strength training for basketball 2 times a week, and i try and run 3 times a week. (2 1/2 to 4 miles during the week and 5 or 6 miles once on the weekends). I’m almost 100% sure the problem is how much I’m eating or what I’m eating. And i also know that what I need is a SPECIFIC meal plan. Can anyone give me a specific meal plan?
